These Terms of Service govern your use of the Uffda Motors website (uffdamotors.com) and the services we provide at our shop located at 517 Lakewood Dr. S., Saint Paul, MN 55119. By using our website or requesting service from us, you agree to these terms.

Use of This Website

Our website is provided for informational purposes -- to help you learn about our services, request an estimate, and get in touch with us. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We do our best to keep the information on this site accurate, but hours, pricing, and availability can change. When in doubt, call us at (651) 253-8876.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided through our website or Quick Estimate tool are preliminary and based on the information you provide. They are not a guaranteed final price.

Appointments and Drop-Offs

Uffda Motors operates by appointment. Scheduling an appointment through our website or by phone does not guarantee a specific completion time, as diagnostic and repair timelines can vary based on parts availability and the nature of the work.

We will communicate proactively if we expect a significant delay. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible -- we set aside time for your vehicle and appreciate the courtesy.

Text Message (SMS) Communications

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, those messages will be limited to service-related communications -- appointment reminders, status updates, and invoice notifications. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your phone number and message history.

Vehicle Release and Liability

When you pick up your vehicle, please inspect the work before leaving. While we stand behind our repairs, we cannot be responsible for issues unrelated to the service performed or for pre-existing conditions that were present when the vehicle arrived.

Vehicles left at our shop beyond the agreed pickup date may be subject to storage fees. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before this applies.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. Warranty terms are provided in writing with your invoice and vary by service type and parts used. If you experience a problem with a repair we performed, bring it back and we will make it right.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Uffda Motors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or from vehicle service, including but not limited to loss of use, rental costs, or lost income. Our liability for any service claim is limited to the amount paid for that service.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ramsey County, Minnesota.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with an effective date. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
